2. Data we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form we collect the data you provide: company name, country, contact name, business email address and the travel brief you write to us. Browsing the site also generates technical navigation data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) required for the site to function securely.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to reply to your enquiry and prepare a tailored proposal (performance of pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to comply with legal and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and to protect the security and proper functioning of the website (our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.
4. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from our last contact, unless a business relationship follows or legal obligations require longer retention. Technical logs are kept for the short period needed for security purposes.
5. Recipients and transfers
Your data is never sold. It is processed only by our team and by technical service providers (hosting and email) who act as data processors under GDPR-compliant agreements. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing of your personal data.
